So I guess you could say I spoke too soon on our first post…Dustin's homecoming plans have since been changed (thanks to good ole Uncle Sam) and he won't be coming to Las Vegas AT ALL. When he told me the other night, I think I literally heard my heart break. I've been counting down for sooooo long and looking forward to the day when I would get to put my arms around him in the McCarren Airport for the first time (unofficially) in over a year. Welp, that day has been pushed back 5 more days and…looks like me and the pups will be making road trip to Phoenix, AZ!
As each obstacle is thrown our way, I have to constantly remind myself that it's only temporary and that soon enough, we will be together, married, in ITALY! This past year has been extremely tough but I guess it goes to show…
