We finally got our wedding pictures in the mail!
Oh my gosh, I LOVE THEM! They turned out amazing
One reason I was drawn to our photographer, Jackie Ray, was her beautiful use of light in her pictures. Since our a lot of our wedding would be outside with the sun beating down on us, I knew that light would play a huge factor in whether our photos turned out good or bad. Jackie did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Okay, enough blabbing, here they are!

loved my dress!
The guys all had flasks to go in their tuxes :)
handsome groom ;)
Soooo glad we decided to do a "first look"…helped our nerves, got a lot of pictures out of the way, and was priceless seeing Dustin's reaction seeing me up close!
 He swears he didn't cry… :)
These people mean the world to us!
my girls <3
Our niece, Lilly, was the flower girl! Too Precious!
I loved taking pictures under this huge oak tree! Makes the prettiest of sceneries!
I absolutely LOVED my bouquet! It was humungous but exactly what I wanted! I also tied two mini frames with our pups onto my bouquet so our babies were there in spirit with us. Without those two stinkers, we would have never met!
I'm a daddy's girl, what can I say!
THIS is why we chose our venue… we loved the idea of being married with such a beautiful backdrop! The weather was perfect- a little windy but that was okay!

First kiss as Mr. & Mrs.
The entire wedding party!
Me with Marquis, Randy, and Charles!
Dustin with Kelly, Erin, Jessica and Alecia!
We all wore boots :)
 Goofy pic :)
My favorite of me and my bridesmaids!
Romantic sunset pictures were a MUST!

This was our table setting! My mom and I worked hours piecing things together to decide what we would use and how we would lay it all out. I'm so happy how it turned out, thanks mom!
 Sweetheart Table :)
Kelly, my sister, was my Matron of Honor! Her speech was so heart touching, everyone was teary eyed :)
Randy, Dustin's best friend, was the Best Man. I loooove this pic, I think it was the point in the speech where Randy proceeds to say "I'll be frank with y'all, I don't really like people." He had EVERYONE laughing!
 First dance
 Father-Daughter Dance
 Mother-Son Dance
Cake table!
Cake cutting! Even though we only have the one bite of cake that we fed each other, we heard the cake was awesome! Each layer was different so hopefully everyone got a little of what they wanted.
Moore Ranch was seriously the most perfect venue for our wedding!

Lastly, I want to thank everyone who came to our wedding, sent us gifts, or just wished us well! We seriously could not have had as amazing of a day without our family and friends and we would not be where we are today without you either!

Sunday Fundays

on Tuesday, May 6, 2014
During the week while Dustin has been at work, I've been shackin' up in our hotel reading like a crazy woman. Don't get me wrong, I love my book time, but when the weekend hits,
I'm ready for an adventure!
Last Sunday (27th), we drove a quick 20 minutes up the mountains to Lake Barcis! We packed sandwiches and brought along the pups to spend some time by the water. The drive was absolutely gorgeous, as was the view once we found our picnic spot!
Shiner loves to play fetch, especially with sticks. This was about as far into the water as he would go when we threw one in…not a happy camper.
Is this real life? so gorgeous!

Once we got back from the Lake, we showered and headed to the town we will be living- Sacile! A few people have called it "Little Venice" because it has water canals running through it, just like Venice. We parked near the town square and walked around for a while.
We also had our first taste of gelato! It was delicious to die for!

After another page turning week, we decided this Sunday (4th) was beach day! So we drove about an hour towards the coast to Lignano! The sky was blue, the water was shimmering and the sand felt awesome between our toes! It was such a relaxing and beautiful day,
we will probably be going very often!
We had to get tequila sunrises to start the day :)
This is me trying to be artsy with Dustin's reflective Ray Bans…
aaaand my finger getting in the pic...yeahhh.

Hope your weekends were filled with fun times and loved ones! :)
